Hereunder we will share a project of our 32 HDPE high-speed pipe extrusion line for an Asian client. Designed for small-diameter HDPE pipes, it delivers high speed, great efficiency and full automation, effectively solving low productivity and unstable operation problems.

Optimized Screw Design for Intelligent & Efficient Production
Equipped with 40H single-screw extruder, Flexcon+ flexible control system. Optimized large L/D screw design and Spiral feedbush and barrel structure ensure stable melting, good plasticization and even output. Flexcon+ system enables full-process data collection, real-time equipment monitoring and intelligent production optimization.
High Speed & Higher Output
Max line speed: 60 m/min. Pipes keep uniform wall thickness at high speed. Productivity is greatly improved for mass order fulfillment.
Fully Automatic Coiling It integrates automatic pipe feeding, clamping, cutting, reel changing, strapping and unloading, running synchronously and stably at 60 m/min. It minimizes labor and realizes one-stop automated production.
