LIANSU offered a new PVC pipe extrusion line by replacing an old extrusion line, increasing the factory's overall capacity by 40%.

Based on the current workshop space, LIANSU offered a customized PVC pipe extrusion line upgrade solution featuring the LSP-160 PVC high-speed pipe extrusion line, covering compound mixing, and extrusion, size range from 90 to 160 mm in diameter.

Higher Output from a Single PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

New line is equipped with Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder, driven by a permanent magnet servo motor, pipe head structure adopt bracket-type design, achieving a daily product output of 35 tons. The extruder is equipped with a loss-in-weight feeder to ensure precise dosing and stable feeding during high speed extrusion, saving 1.5%–2% in raw materials while maintaining stable extrusion.

Mixing & Dosing Upgrade for Higher Efficiency

To achieve high-speed production, upgrading the extruder alone is not enough. The line is equipped with a high-speed mixer driven by a high-torque permanent magnet motor, increasing overall output by 50%. Permanent magnet motors are used throughout the line, from mixing to extrusion, reducing energy consumption by 15%–25% compared with conventional solutions.

Downstream Automation to Minimize Manual Intervention

Previously, manual handling in downstream processes often limited overall line efficiency. The new line integrates servo haul-off, chip-free cutting and online socketing, with all three processes running in sync. Haul-off and cutting speeds reach 25 m/min, improving efficiency while reducing manual intervention. From mixing and extrusion to downstream processing, the entire PVC pipe extrusion line is designed to maximize single-line efficiency.

Integrated Control for Stable, Easy Operation

Powered by the Flexcon+ flexible control system and IoT platform, the line enables connected equipment and smarter operation. It automatically records production data, energy consumption and equipment status, while supporting maintenance management to improve operational stability and management efficiency.
